“ Food always tastes excellent... but about 5% of the time the order is wrong (forgotten drink or pizza topping). 95% success rate is pretty darn good. I had experiences 20 years ago when employees were vindictive and retaliatory to me when I complained, or would refuse to take an order if it was 10 mins before closing, and ugly about it. Haven’t had that since the 90s though. Pizza is definitely where Chanellos shines but subs are great too. Menu is varied and creative. Fast service though I miss when delivery was free! Always a great value for the money! ”
